    How’s the service?

  • KBlazer07

Was about to purchase and saw that it’s rated 1.9/5 stars in the App Store. Any feedback from you would be appreciated.

I just ordered it. The setup was very easy and US netflix and most of the US networks were not an issue. However the Oscar nominations page still said I wasn’t in the US. Customer service was good and help get me access although the solution was to try a bunch of different servers until one connected. I’m sure that meant I would lose access somewhere else. Sounded like there was no one server even in the US that will always work and it might just be a trail and error thing. Overall it works fine and is very easy. Just not a perfect solution but that might not exist with any one of these services.

Thanks Josh. Was talking with a buddy at work who uses a different VPN, and he gets that same issue with the servers too. Think I’ll give it a shot. Cheers.
