hey, Ex, just wonder if it's a good time now to call fido to confirm i am eligible to upgrade for a iphone 4…..every time i call fido, i hear their “nothing to announce” announcement about iphone 4 at the beginning.i dont want to bother them. i don't dare to ask a csp about iphone4 b/c he may shut me down by telling me there's no further detail about this phone…..
i'm 4 years into the contract with fido. i signed up a 3 year agreement with fido in 2006 and in 2008, i upgraded to a iphone 3g. and now, another 2 years have pasted, am i able to upgrade to a iphone 4? one thing i don't like fido is they start your new agreement till you finish the old one…..this thing scares me that i may not qualify to upgrade…
Instead of asking for “iPhone 4”, ask if you can upgrade to an “iPhone 3GS”
or any other smartphone. If you can, you will be eligible for an iPhone 4.
and what time is the best for you to line up? 🙂
Hey ex, what stores have officially declared launch on the 30th and do you know the approximate number of iPhone 4's in a store and If I line up from like 8pm on the 29th will I be guaranteed an iPhone 4?
No stores have “officially” announced opening times.
If you line up at an Apple Store, you'll get for launch weekend.

I want to sign up on a contract with Virgin mobile; what are the chances of them launching the iphone 4 on July 30th? Can I go to the apple store and buy a locked iphone4 (to Virgin)? Or do I have a better bet going to Futureshop or Bestbuy or even a Virgin mobile store?
