Future Shop & Best Buy Release iPhone Apps

This week, Future Shop and Best Buy have released their own apps for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

The apps allow users to search the entire product catalogue of each electronic retailer, see the latest promotions and also view customer ratings and reviews of individual products. Users can also see product specifications where available.

Each app also features a store locator that is based on your geo-position. This is a great feature if you’re in an unfamiliar city and looking for the closest Best Buy/Future Shop.

The apps are a great product research tool but users can also make purchases through the app and have the orders shipped to a home address.

Best Buy users who download the app also have access to their Reward Zone account.

The Future Shop and Best Buy apps are available in the App Store for free.

How about an APP that lets you know when they have iPhone 4’s in stock..
no wait.. then you would need an iPhone to download the APP and use it..

They are website has a stupid search engine. How the heck this will be successful… It’s not about what’s delivered, it’s about what’s delivered (customer satisfaction).
