I’ve had it since I obtained my iPhone4 in aug. I figured that’s just how it was supposed to work.

when i type something into google i get a list of possible results below history…
if thats instant, then ive had instant since i bought the phone in august
I’m starting to lose interest in this site. can you raise the bar on your posts a little? First a whole article on the new volume bar knob and how pretty it looks then this poorly written story on something everyone has been aware of for months or possibly a new feature that failed to be communicated with the wrong screenshot. I still don’t know which of the two is the case.

I agree, but not without saying that you guys/girls do incredible work and your site is the first one I visit in the morning even before tsn.ca. I think icomment4’s comments are true but a little harsh. We understand that sometimes there’s nothing to talk about but…lol

also rather than get all defensives i’d take the suggestions from my readers seriously and try to improve the content. it’s true that some days there’s nothing to talk about so instead of turning into a cnn style of constant breaking news: “puppy got lost”, I’d say nothing and keep my bar high for when something is worth reporting on.

Sadly in the iPhone world there isnt headline bangers every day like iOS updates and new apps, or the latest iPhone related scandals, but at least these guys are great at keeping constant updates and new articles.
Even your local news broadcast has stories that will not be headliners, but you still need news to keep it fresh ^_~. These guys are doing a pretty good job.

I have been using Google instant on my iPhone 4 for a few days now and on my nexus one since yesterday so this is old news.
Might be a a couple days old for those lucky to get it… But Google made it official on their blog today

Icomment4 is absolutely right, this was a crap article and that has been more and more the case as of late. There are how many apps in the app store and more found elsewhere?? Do reviews on great apps you have and can’t live without. That would make a great article.

This is off topic, but, Why do all the YouTube embeded videos on this website not work for me? All I get is a YouTube window, with a play button crossed out. Video won’t play. I have a IPhone 3G. Anyone else get this?

If you have restrictions in place on your phone make sure YouTube is not part of it.
Settings -> General -> Restrictions
