Bell No Activation Fee Until March 16 2011

In a new promotion this week, Bell has launched an activation fee waiver promotion and is waiving the $35 activation fee that customers are usually charged when starting up a new account.

Eligibility & Restrictions

The offer is applicable to new 3-year term activations on the following rate plans:

  • Talk and More Plans
  • Smartphone plans
  • Share Plans
  • EPP plans

A $35 bill credit for 100% of the activation fee will appear on the customer’s second invoice.

This promotion expires on March 16, 2011.

So in other words any day now it will be no activation fee on Rogers and Telus as well.

Customers paying to become a customer. Makes perfect business sense!
