SaskTel Launches The iPhone 4 In Canada!
Today, SaskTel launched the iPhone 4 in Canada! Scheduled for an April 26, 2011 release, SaskTel launched right on time.
As per the SaskTel website, the iPhone 4 is available on a 3-year term with promotional pricing of $159/269 for the 16/32 GB.
While SaskTel did not launch any new iPhone-specific plans, at least it doesn’t look like it according to the website, an iPhone 4 on SaskTel does finally bring the world’s best smartphone to the Prairies.
So far, Canadian carriers (and Apple) have done a fantastic job with iPhone adoption in Canada.
Beginning with Rogers in 2008 (unofficially it was 2007 for the die-hard fans!), followed quickly by Fido, and then Telus and Bell/Virgin Mobile in 2010, and now SaskTel (and MTS in Manitoba very soon), Canadians have no shortage of carrier support when it comes to iPhone!
Are you getting the iPhone 4 on SaskTel?

Got it on Telus a long time ago. Sasktel is too slow, unfortunately.
Even though I don’t live in Sask, unfortunately not. What’s the point in getting the iPhone 4 now when the iPhone 5 is coming out this following year? Is SaskTel going to get the iPhone 5 a year later as well? Way too slow for my taste, phone companies should be up to date with phone released, not a year behind. SaskTel would’ve made more profit if they did.
