SaskTel Expands To 16 New Locations, 42Mbps On Its Way
Continuing the SaskTel network tower expansion, today the company announced their “4G†wireless network has reached 16 new locations. SaskTel’s goal is to cover 98% of the population by the end of 2011.
“SaskTel 4G wireless coverage is already available to 96% of the population. By the end of 2011 SaskTel’s wireless coverage will be available to 98% of the population.â€
SaskTel also announced that the wireless company will be delivering download speeds of 42 Mbps in Regina and Saskatoon by this summer 2011.
While the iPhone 4 does not support up to 42 Mbps download speeds, an impending iPhone 5 launch may feature an iPhone to support faster network speeds!
