Steve Jobs Biography Now Available in Canadian iBookstore

The Steve Jobs biography authored by Walter Isaacson (seen earlier tonight on 60 Minutes) is now available for purchase in the Canadian iBookstore. As of writing, it’s already October 24th for readers on the East Coast, the official release date. But, it appears Canadians on the West Coast are also available to buy the book too (confirmed by yours truly and @ryanwils).

The book comes in at just over 20MB, and is priced at $17.99. You can order a hard cover copy from Amazon.ca for $23.

I just realized that the biography is available on October 26th in French on the French iTunes Store… maybe will we see it at the same time… but I doubt it because it’s not available as a pre-order…

If you’re not a fan of iBooks (or simply want to have more device options), Kobo is also selling this ebook for $17.99. Not sure if they have a version au francais, but that’s more up to the publishers than the stores, n’est pas?

yeah maybe it’s up to the publisher… but I don’t understand why it’s not available (yet) on the Canadian Store when it’s available as a pre-order on the French Store…
