Last June the iPhone 4 became the most popular camera on Flickr, and now the iPhone 4S, just over a month old has surged to become the second most popular cameraphone, behind the iPhone 4. The top 5 cameraphones, as of November 2011:
The iPhone 4S camera contains all new optics. The 8MP camera shoots better in low light with its larger f/2.4 aperture and has a new infrared filter. Face detection will seek out up to 10 faces.
As for the most popular camera on Flickr, the iPhone 4 remains king:

Unfortunately, being popular doesn’t mean much when it comes to picture quality. Third-party reviews show that the newer Android phones take better pics.
