People’s Card Allows You To Produce Passbook Content Effortlessly

With Apple’s new Passbook application on iOS 6, it opens whole new doors for companies. Although large corporations such as Starbucks and Cineplix Mobile are some of the first to incorporate Passbook into their company, Apple allows any company, or person to develop Passbook content. What Apple didn’t do was develop an easy way to create these coupons and passes.

Today we are going to introduce People’s Card. It’s a free application in the App Store that allows users to create tickets, coupons, membership cards, or business cards. All users are limited to creating one Passbook card; creating extras will cost roughly $1 each, purchasable via an in-app purchase.

If you own a local ice-cream parlor, furniture store, or whatever type of store for the matter, People’s Card allows users to easily create the Passbook content they want. It doesn’t require any coding knowledge; just simply the ability to fill out forms such as a color and phone number. When finished creating the pass or card they can be distributed through Facebook, Twitter, and even QR codes.

From the People’s Card App Store page:

Unlike the traditional card makers, you could freely change the content of our passes and cards whenever there is an update. And the people who have the card will have it refreshed immediately.
