Apple iPad mini Smart Cover Pricing at $39

Apple announced the new 7.9 inch iPad mini today. The new device will come with its own polyurethane Smart Cover and it will cost $39, as noted in Apple’s press release:

…new polyurethane Smart Covers custom-designed for iPad mini are available in pink, green, blue, light gray, dark gray and (PRODUCT) RED for $39.

Of course, there could be a price difference in Canada, we’ll update to let you know if we find out any more info.

now the ipad (4th gen) has gone lightning i wonder if theyll update the smart cases for them (my guess is no, that the opening will just be left as is)
