Chrome for iOS Updated with Easier Access to Tab History, Messages Sharing

Chrome for iOS has been updated today to include easier access to your tab history by tapping and holding on the back button, but the ability to share web pages via Messages:

What’s New in Version 25.0.1364.86
• Long press on the back button to quickly access any page in your tab history
• Share a web page via Messages

And of course: stability / security improvements and bug fixes

The Chrome blog also explains Google searches will soon get easier as search terms will soon be visible in the omnibox, instead of the long search URL; the feature is set to roll out in the coming weeks:

Other new features include easier access to your tab history. Just tap and hold the back button to see previously visited websites. Also, sharing can now be done via Message:

Crashing also in my iPhone 4S 6.1.2. Uninstalled but even after reinstalling, it still crashes. Note to myself: wait a few hours/days before updating Chrome…

Hard to believe that Google could mess this up so badly. The reviews on iTunes are relentless.

JB device need to enable the error reporting at the first start up. Don’t really like the feature, but it’s working.
