Apple has released iOS 7 beta for download for registered developers. As announced earlier today at WWDC 2013, the next iteration of Apple’s mobile operating system has been completely redesigned with a new interface and features.
Along with this afternoon’s release of iOS 7 beta for the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5th gen, allowing developers to test out the new features of the operating system.
There are new beta versions of Xcode 5, Apple TV software and Find my iPhone 2.0.3.
The public release of iOS 7 is slated for the fall.

I thing a basic developer license is free. Pretend you’re a developer and sign up. Then download. Just remember, there is no going back if it’s still quite buggy or your favorite apps are not compatible.

Usually an updated iTunes goes with a new iOS for syncing to work. Not necessary this time?
No new versions of iTunes were released.
They just updated iTunes last week that’s probably why
You don’t need to be a devel to download io7 google software and download on torrents, I have 3 ip 5’s running iOS 7 fine, few bugs so far but quite nice to use

Update from iTunes, hold shift on PC when clicking check for updates, and select ios7 file
