When iOS 7 beta 3 was released, it appeared to have affected incoming calls. Some users experienced missed calls altogether, while some could not even answer calls, as some calls would appear as two incoming calls:
With this morning’s release of iOS 7 beta 4, these bugs have been squashed by Apple, as confirmed by iPhoneinCanada.ca readers @cfl_fan and @jfroy1979, as both have noted incoming calls now work and the double call issue has disappeared. It’s probably nice to be able to use the phone again.

Same here. Tested with a call and was able to receive. Will test more later but I’m happy to have the phone working properly again.

didnt receive 90% of phone calls with beta 3. updated today over wifi, receiving all calls so far. iPhone 4 Verizon
have you tried syncing over wifi?
I had that bug and reverted to beta 2 because of that call bug on Rogers. I am happy to hear that is fix
I could not answer any incoming calls with beta 3 and now I can, I’m happy with beta 4 so far
My iMessage notifications don’t alert or make a sound sometimes. It happened in beta 3 as well. It shows the badge that’s it. I have to reboot to get it working again.
Is it only me that is having those problems or are those bugs?
1. Twitter lower buttons are not working.
2. No matter which cable I use, original or not, it will always pop up a message saying ‘This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone’, but it will still charged.
3. The lightning bolt isn’t flaashing when you’re charging your phone.
Hopefully those problems will be soooolved. :/
I installed Beta 4 yesterday and since them I am missing 50% of my calls. The phone wouldnt ring and later I will see the calls and voice mails`
