TELUS has made a couple iPhone models back online as part of their Certified Pre-Owned Devices. Here’s what’s available on a two-year term with a minimum $70 per month plan:
All pre-owned devices from TELUS come with a 14 day money back guarantee and 12 month warranty, but for the iPhone it’s only 6 months. The iPhone 4S saves you $99 while the iPhone 5 saves you $100 compared to buying brand new.
With Apple set to debut the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C at its upcoming September 10 event, it would probably be best to hold off on any purchases.

Correction Gary.. it saves you $200 bucks for the iPhone 5 cause it’s 32GIG which is normally $799 at Apple
I was referring to buying on contract, which would normally be $299 on two years for a 32GB, but it’s now $199. $299-$199 = $100
