EA Launches Madden NFL 25 for iOS as Free Download
NFL fans, you’re going to want to get this game. EA has launched Madden NFL 25 for iOS today as a free game. Last year’s game was $4.99 in the App Store. This year marks 25th anniversary for the franchise (hence the title) and today has a simultaneous launch on the PS3 and Xbox 360 as well.
What’s New in Version 1.0.7
BOOM! MADDEN NFL 25 is here! Get ready to run the show on offense and defense with the most authentic football game on the App Store.

USA Today takes a retrospective look at the football franchise, which launched in 1988 as the first 11-on-11 Madden pro football game for the Apple II computer.
“My big thing was to get 22 guys on the field, and if you are going to play football, you need 11 on offense and 11 on defense at all times,” says John Madden. “To get that many figures in a computer game and then obviously a video game was a job in itself. It took years and years and years.”
My goodness have times changed. Look at those graphics then and now (which is in the palm of your hand).

did you see the bundles for this thing, 99.00 for the all Madden bundle, thats more then the game for consuls crazy!!!
Wow now that’s a pricey in-app purchase.
Yeah, not a fan if EA, don’t get me wrong they make a nice sports game, and I am impressed on how it plays on the phone. Just things like this, or how awful the sims is in terms of resource management and stability, kind of sour me on the company.
