Apple Canada’s online store has replenished stock of select Mac mini and MacBook Air models now available.
Mac mini models from July 2011 and October 2012 are in stock, starting at $469 for the 2.3GHz Intel Core i5 model with 2GB of RAM and 500GB of storage, up to the late-2012 model running the Intel Core i7 with 4GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive for $679.
As for MacBook Airs, the 13.3-inch model from mid-2013 running the 1.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage is available for $929 (the same model with 256GB of flash storage is also available for $1,099).
Also available is the mid-2012 11.6-inch MacBook Air with a 2.0GHz dual Intel Core i7 with 8GB RAM and 256 flash storage for $1,199.
As Apple is also expected to announce Mac refreshes at its October 22 special event, more refurbished Macs should make their way into the store. The Mac minis would make a great system to hook up your big screen TV as an entertainment centre.
All Apple refurbished products are tested and certified and include a one year warranty. Let us know if you’re going to jump on any of these!
