Refurbished iPad mini Models Now In Stock at Apple.ca

Apple has stocked refurbished units of the original iPad mini, which launched last October. Here’s what’s available as of writing:

• 32GB White iPad mini Wi-Fi – $359 ($70 off)
• 16GB White iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular – $379 ($70 off)
• 16GB Black iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular– $379 ($70 off)
• 32GB White iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular – $469 ($90 off)
• 64GB White iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular – $549 ($110 off)

Apple still offers the original iPad mini right now in 16GB starting at $319 for the Wi-Fi model and $449 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular version.

The new Retina iPad mini starts at $419 CDN for the 16GB Wi-Fi model and it comes with significantly better hardware (A7 chip, faster Wi-Fi, Retina display; 23-29 grams heavier depending on model).

Refurbished iPads come with a new exterior shell and battery plus one year warranty. If a Retina iPad mini isn’t necessary for you and you just want the original, buying refurbished can save you a few bucks.

Apple also has refurbished units of the iPad 2, iPad 3 and iPad 4 available right now as well.
