Users just need to login with their existing My Rogers username and password.

• View membership profile and point balance
• Check the for latest point offers
• Learn more about the program
Simply sign in with your My Rogers username and password then click on the icon on the top left to navigate.
Early reviews in iTunes have rated the app with 1 star due to users being unable to login to the app, showing the message “error reading from remote server”, possibly linked to heavy traffic from this update.
Fido My Account for iPhone has not received an update yet (the last update was back in July 2011), but with this recent update to Rogers My Account you can bet the former will follow suit shortly. Both Rogers and Fido My Account iPhone apps were released back in November of 2009.

Update: Don’t update if you use Voice Over as some Accessibility features won’t work within the app:
@iphoneincanada and don't upgrade if you use voice over since they completely broke it

@iphoneincanada Yes. The tabs can't be gotten to so you can't get to where you can make payments or do anything.
