Apple’s “12 Gifts of Christmas” Promo Begins with Justin Timberlake EP

Like every year, Apple’s “12 Gifts of Christmas” promo is now live, offering iTunes users free downloadable gifts including songs, apps, books, films and more. What’s new this year however is the introduction of a “12 Days of Gifts” app from Apple, that makes sure you don’t miss out on daily gift downloads, each of which is available for 24 hours only.

“From 26 December – 6 January, you can download a gift each day—songs, apps, books, films and more—with the 12 Days of Gifts app. Each day’s gift will only be available for 24 hours, so download the free app to make sure you don’t miss out. Please note: Not all content is available in all countries.”

Starting today through January 6, users will be able to access one free gift a day through the app. This year, Apple has decided to kick off this promotion by offering a free download of four live songs, including two videos, from Justin Timberlake’s performance at the iTunes Festival in September. The tracks offered for free download are SexyBack, Take Back the Night, True Blood and TKO.
