Evasi0n7 1.0.4 Download Released with Critical Security Fixes

The evad3rs team has been busy with evasi0n7 updates, as jailbreakers saw downloads for 1.0.3 yesterday and now some important security fixes with 1.0.4 today.
Version 1.0.3 yesterday fixed a reboot loop issue with the Retina iPad mini and also introduced support for iOS 7.1 beta 3. Today’s 1.0.4 release has introduced some important untether security fixes, detailed below:
- 1.0.4: security fix: kernel payload now restores sysent table, security fix: code fix for bootstrap Cydia tar files verification
- 1.0.3: updated bundled Cydia, now double checking hfs modifications (for the iPad Mini Retina Cellular reboot loop issue), support for iOS 7.1beta3
As noted by the evad3rs, existing jailbroken devices will get the latest 1.0.4 evasi0n7 untether security update within Cydia (it’s already live).
Existing JB users will receive the evasi0n7 1.0.4 untether security update through Cydia as soon as @saurik refreshes his repository!

I wonder if this fixes the Notification Center settings bug. I have tried jailbreak a few times now and each time it works, but when you go into Settings-Notification Center, all your apps are gone. Each time you launch the app, it will ask you about push notifications again. I think it even resets each time you boot.
