New App Store Section Highlights ‘Amazing Puzzle Games’ on Sale

Apple is celebrating the sixth anniversary of the App Store with a new App Store section highlighting “Amazing Puzzle Games.”

The new featured section includes puzzle games, and what’s more important is that all of the games included in this section are on sale for a limited time.

If some of the game titles already sound familiar, it’s because you saw them yesterday as part of the Apple Design Award-winning apps sale. A day before the App Store’s sixth birthday, 3 of the 10 winning apps were on sale: Threes!, Monument Valley, and Blek.

The “Amazing Puzzle Games” section contains the following apps on sale:

• Eliss Infinity
• Kiwanuka
• Tengami
• Quell Memento
• Cut the Rope: Experiments
• Lost Toys
• Blast-A-Way
