Apple to Live Stream iPhone 6 Media Event on Sept. 9 at 10AM PDT
Apple has updated its website to announce next week’s media event to announce new iPhone 6 models and its wearable device will be live streamed at 10AM PDT (1PM EDT). The page below shows a countdown timer, along with an option to add the event right to your calendar:

Most likely you will be able to watch it live on your iOS device, Mac and Apple TV, like the 2014 WWDC live stream. Streaming requirements are below:
- Live streaming video requires Safari 5.1.10 or later on OS X v10.6.8 or later; Safari on iOS 6.0 or later. Streaming via Apple TV requires second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later.
Apple live streamed last year’s October special event which debuted new iPads. This time, it’s going to be one helluva show.

I’m so pumped for this! 🙂
It’s going to be interesting that’s for sure 🙂
Gary, do you know a source for Windows users to access live stream? Apple is only streaming to Safari.
Do you have access to an iOS device? Looks like it’s iOS, OS X or Apple TV :/
Nope, left iOS 2 years ago. Probably coming back for the 6. No Safari on Windows/Android. Was hoping there would be a Windows feed somewhere, maybe not directly from Apple.
Heretic!! REPENT! REPENT!
I’m trying! I swear! The stream is part of my repentance. 😉
Live stream? You mean I won’t have to rely on silly 20th century blogs to find out information as it happens? 😮 😮 😮 x1 million.
Hehe, those days were still fun though 🙂
Having a ridiculous amount of trouble trying to watch…Apple TV won’t stream and if it does has an annoying chinese lady talking over them. Wont even load on my ipad and iphone is the only thing working.
My stream on ATV is a nightmare. Jumping all over the place from people walking into to the middle of a payment presentation, then to tim cook talking about something else, then back to people walking in….
and suddenly I’m back at the beginning watching with some sort of asian translator speaking over top of Tim
Yeah, they seemed to throw in the translated feed as that wasn’t being overloaded.
