WhatsApp Plus Subscription Features Now Rolling out to iOS
WhatsApp Plus subscriptions are now rolling out to iPhone users, adding premium paid features to the messaging service.
iOS 8.1 Beta 2 Download Released to Developers, Plus Xcode 6.1 GM Seed 2
Apple has released iOS 8.1 beta 2 to developers, build 12B407, now available for download in the Developer portal and over-the-air. iOS 8.1 beta was released last week.
Also new today is Xcode 6.1 GM seed 2 as well, build 6A1046a, plus Apple TV Software beta 2.

I’m on Rogers and am not seeing 18 yet.
I think its just for the 8.1 Beta 2 that you will see Carrier 18.0. Also, Upload speed has gotten slower, download speed same, Signl strength… Seems about the same.
Yeah, I realized that after I posted. I commented before the article about 8.1 was posted. My developer account expired and since I was only paying to have access to betas, I’m not doing it again and will wait for public release.
