TELUS Network Experience iOS App Gets 2.0 Update
The TELUS Network Experience app has received a 2.0 update today, which brings better data collection from customers regarding network issues, along with some interface enhancements and bug fixes.
What’s New in Version 2.0.0
•Improved troubleshooting with full mobility phone number collection to enable faster identification and correction of reported issues
•Easily manage notification alerts directly with the notification toggle
•Interface enhancements
•Update contains bug fixes

The app first launched last February to crowdsource customers and allow them to provide feedback to TELUS on where network reception is poor, so weak spots could be addressed and optimized. The app requires a TELUS SIM card to be installed in order for it to launch on your iPhone.
Just yesterday, the TELUS My Account iOS app received a major overhaul, bringing an improved user interface for customers.

Is there a Rogers version of this app?
if Rogers had one, I doubt they’d pay any attention to it. out of the ‘big 3’, Telus is the most customer-friendly*
*from my experience, may not apply to everyone
