Call+ is an app for iOS that allows users to make unlimited free calls to a few countries. Today, the app has added several other countries to its free calling list.
The app makes it simple to call existing landline phone numbers in several countries. Some countries also include free calling to mobile numbers. Using the free app (without needing to buy any in-app purchases), you can call the landline phones in the following 16 countries:
– US, now including Hawaii (landline and mobile numbers)
– Canada (landline and mobile numbers)
– UK
– Ireland
– Mexico
– China
– Brazil (Brasilia, Sao Paulo, Rio, Belo Horizonte only)
– France
– Italy
– Portugal
– Norway
– Sweden
– Denmark
– Netherlands
– Israel
– Thailand
If you wish to call a landline number in a country that doesn’t appear in this list, you can purchase day passes for $0.99.
The app also offers a great feature that makes it look like all your outgoing calls are coming from your existing smartphone number. There are a lot of apps that allow you to make free calls, however most of these apps require both users to have the same app installed.
Call+ for iOS is available as a free download from the App Store. The app requires a device running iOS 7 or later and contains in-app purchases that range from $0.99 to $19.99.

Did you try our direct download link? It’s there and worked on iPhone and iPad.
OK I’ll check but the article mentions Apple OS and app store only. So I think it’s a paid article for advertising purposes. You guys should have done your homework before launching the article. Weird!

May I suggest you re-read the article a few times–that may help you understand where to download the app.
My guess is that on some smaller devices and browsers it may not be that clear to identify a hyperlink. However, the article is fine imo…..and you know me, I can be rather critical, lol.
I couldn’t find it either without the direct link above. App version is 1.1 so it’s in its infancy. Not many reviews. It’s made by Webaoo games and it’s pretty hefty at 30MB in size.
The direct link in the article should work. If not, the search functionality on the App Store is quite finicky so you might have to search the entire name of the app “Call+ FREE unlimited calls to REAL phones”
indeed, the direct link works. CQ isn’t that great. It’s worse on Android. I prefer calls using Fongo though if I am oversees and need to make local (back home calls).
Not sure why you’re all complaining??? I just used the direct link from the article, with no problems. The app does what the article says. Pretty good find if you ask me. Been using the magic jack app, but this one is a big improvement. The included countries at no cost is a great bonus. On top of all that the caller id shows your actual number. Thanks Nick!

definitely is a good find. it’s always useful to keep multiple apps of various voip apps on your device when travelling.
Worked as advertised when I tried it and it’s just become my new outgoing dialer. I use Fongo voip for incoming and outgoing, but there’s a few places in Canada I need to call that aren’t covered by Fongo’s “free cities” list. I had been using skype, but that costs money too. Thanks.
