iPhone 6S Rumoured to Feature Dual Lens and 3D Pressure Sensor

The next-generation iPhone will feature a dual camera lens capable of optical zoom and a 3D pressure sensor, say Apple supply chain sources speaking with UDN (via GforGames).

Since the iPhone is among the top devices used to capture and upload images to Flickr, Apple has decided (maybe) to upgrade the camera with other welcome features such as optical zoom.

In terms of tech specs, the next-generation iPhone will likely be similar to the currently available model, although supply chain sources say Apple will eliminate the 16 GB model and replace it with the 32 GB version currently missing from the lineup. Those using a 16 GB version are aware how fast they fill up their iPhone, so it would be a nice improvement from Apple.

The 3D pressure sensor would be a key element in the next-generation health care application, these sources say, naming TPK as the supplier. If we are to believe the sources, the Apple Watch will also pack a TPK-made pressure sensor. This is how the Watch, for example, will be able to distinguish a light tap and a deep press triggering contextual menus.
