I have to say this game is pretty cool to play.
To design a game for IOS on windows you need to learn “Actionscript” and use either “Adobe Flash Professional” or “Adobe Flash Builder” to code game. Now this game will run on all platform ios + android + windows. There are plenty of resources to learn actionscript on Adobe TV check their website for resources & Help.
