TELUS Says Their ‘Neighbourhood’ Forums Will Help Customers Get Answers [VIDEO]

In late 2014, TELUS launched their Neighbourhood forums, an online community where “customers can go to share ideas, ask questions and get answers – all in one place.”

The company shared a new video to its YouTube channel highlighting the Neighbourhood Forums, for those not using them already. Check it out below:

Just yesterday we noted how Rogers wanted their customers to use their own forums to discuss issues and get answers as well. We’re still waiting on Bell to launch their own online forums to join the mix.
