Display Assembly of ‘iPhone 6s’ Revealed in New Photos, Indications of Force Touch Support

Images said to be the display assembly of the upcoming “iPhone 6s” has been shared by Nowhereelse.fr today, giving us a first look at the entire display assembly of the device.

The leaked images from the French site do not confirm that the device will be equipped with Force Touch, but they do appear slightly different from the corresponding iPhone 6 parts. The images merely give us an indication that Force Touch is a possible feature that may be included in the iPhone 6s.

Rumours suggest that the iPhone 6s may be slightly thicker than the iPhone 6 to accommodate the new Force Touch technology in the display, but any slight difference would not be easily perceptible to the user.

The iPhone 6s is expected to included an improved 12-megapixel camera, A9 processor, 2GB of RAM, a better Touch ID sensor, and a new rose gold colour option. Mass production of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus was rumoured to begin at the end of July.
