Telus Launches ThinkFull, An App To Help You Manage Stress
Today, Telus launched a new app called ThinkFull designed to help people better track and develop coping strategies for their stress.
By leveraging the capabilities of a smartphone, the app provides personalized mental wellness coaching allowing people to track their stress levels over time and tap into a library of tips for relieving stress, solving problems, and living well in general which is then customized based on usage patterns. Telus gave the winning group $50,000 and six months off of their regular jobs to bring the app to life.
The app was developed alongside the Canadian Mental Health Association and Mind Your Mind. Sun Life Financial Chair in Adolescent Mental Health Dr. Stan Kutcher said:
“Using this App is like having a personal ‘coach’ that you can use to help you learn to smooth the peaks and valleys of life’s journey.”

ThinkFull for iOS is available as a free download from the App Store. The app requires any device running iOS 8.0 or later. The developers said that an Android version is in the works.

What if Telus is the one that causes you stress? My family cell phone bill is stressful! 🙂
Thank you for the article tho!
yeahhhh… is this an app they want you to use when you call their customer service?
Dear Telus,
The following will reduce my stress:
– Lower my bill
– More data, so I don’t have to keep track so often
– Wifi calling, so fewer dropped calls
– cheaper roaming package, so I don’t have to use Roam Mobile.
Not an app.
Thank you.
