Experience shomi on the PS4 system, now available (CNW Group/shomi)

On Thursday, Rogers announced that their TV streaming service shomi is now available on Sony’s PlayStation 4. The announcement gives shomi subscribers another way to enjoy all the movies and TV shows that the streaming service has to offer.

The PS4 system streams from the shomi app, which means that subscribers will get the full streaming service experience in HD quality. Director of shomi Ann Tebo said:

“Members have been asking for shomi on the PS4 system since we launched, and I’m thrilled we are now able to provide our service on this platform. With the addition of the PS4 system there are now four Internet-connected ways for members to get great shomi content on their TV screen.”

In order to use shomi on your PS4, you must first secure an activation code from the shomi app on the PS4 system. Then, head to, select PS4, and log in to your shomi account. Once you enter the activation code on the website you’ll be ready to start streaming content to your PS4.

Rogers and Shaw’s shomi is available to all Canadians through Rogers Channel 300, select tablets, mobile devices, set-top boxes, and now gaming consoles.
