Been using Jaybirds for years, but my most recent blue buds X just died on me. Going to test out AirPods when they become available. Would love to not have any wire/cord at all.
Go for Jaybird X2 or wait for Beats X? Confused!
Jaybirds are solid headphones. Great price here. BeatsX would be interesting to try because of the W1 though. I guess it depends on how important it is to you being able to switch between devices very easily.
W1 would be great, but my prime concern is sound quality.
Jaybirds have been excellent with sound quality. Though I’m sure my opinion may differ from others.
Other thing to remember is with the W1 there’s a significant improvement in battery life and wireless range. Though the BeatsX and Jaybirds both seem to be rated for 8 hours.
I think I should wait for Beats X. W1 (and Fast Charge) are indeed appealing. Thank you for replying.
These are the best wireless headphones for activity. I had the backbeat go 2s from Plantronics and they kept on falling out at the slightest move. These are rock solid for movement. I can easily go for runs and the bobing up and down doesn’t do anything. Great sound too. This is a steal of a deal if you ask me.
I have these. The mic on these, when running, are absolute crap. Pics up a ton of wind noise, which makes it barely audible on the receiving end.
Got these on Prime day sale. I believe I got at the same price if not less. But I don’t like them that much. First it took a while to get used to the proper fit for my ear. I have normal size ears and surprisingly with the Jaybirds I had to go one size higher foam ear tips to get the proper seal. They sound okay and didn’t have any issues with mic. Secondly, they her annoyingly irritating in the ear after prolonged use. Waiting for Apple Airpods and Beats X to try n see which one I like better. IMO Jaybirds are Just ok not great.
