CIBC Mobile Banking for iOS Adds Ability to Book Meetings with Advisors

CIBC customers can now easily book a meeting with an advisor, straight from the CIBC Mobile Banking iOS app, which was updated this morning.

The financial institution says they are “listening to your feedback and making your mobile banking faster and easier,” as the ability to book an appointment to see an advisor in-app saves time versus calling, visiting or even emailing.

Version 7.10 of the app also fixes minor bugs.

Last month, CIBC Mobile Banking was updated with 3D Touch Quick Actions, for shortcuts to tranfer funds, bill payments and eDeposit right from the app’s icon, for users with an iPhone 6s or newer. Back in January, the app finally gained support for Touch ID, something TD Canada has yet to do.

PC Financial Mobile Banking, which is also powered by CIBC, received an update today too, to squash bugs.
