Nest for iOS Update Adds Apple TV 4 Support and More

Nest has updated its iOS app to now allow Nest Cam users with Nest Aware subscriptions to easily save and share clips. Also new is the ability to view Nest Cam live video feeds for Apple TV fourth generation users.

Starting today, your camera feeds are also available on your Android TV, with Apple TV coming soon. So next time you’re deep in a Netflix marathon, you can see who’s at the door without having to get off the couch. Toggle between your live feeds and even scrub back through your video history. It’s reality TV you actually care about.

Nest also says iPhone users will now get snapshot alerts too, joining Android users, which will include a short video clip that is viewable within the notification, for Nest Aware subscribers.
