Apple Arcade Is Getting NBA 2K27 With WNBA Teams in November

Apple Arcade is adding two big sports games next month: NBA 2K27 Arcade Edition arrives on Thursday, November 5, 2026, followed by Football Manager 27 Touch on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Both are yearly returns for franchises that have been part of the service for a while, and both are included with a subscription with no ads or in-app purchases.
NBA 2K27 Arcade Edition adds the WNBA
The headline change in NBA 2K27 Arcade Edition is the WNBA, which shows up in the Arcade version for the first time. You can pick from all 15 WNBA teams and 180 active players in Quick Play and Blacktop mode, and that includes the league’s newest expansion teams. That should mean the Toronto Tempo, Canada’s first WNBA team, gets a spot on your iPhone too.
MyCAREER is also getting reworked with faster progression, and the Neighbourhood hub has been refreshed. Victor Wembanyama is on the key art this year, if you needed a reason to finally learn how to defend a seven-footer with a touchscreen.
Football Manager 27 Touch gets a new match engine
Football Manager 27 Touch is the soccer kind of football, so no, you cannot take over the Argonauts. It brings a redesigned interface built for iPhone and a new match engine that lets you shout instructions from the touchline during games. Sports Interactive has also added new recruitment and match preparation tools for players who like to plan every detail before kickoff.
Last year’s Football Manager 26 Touch launched on Apple Arcade on November 4, 2025, so this one is landing right on schedule.
The rest of the Apple Arcade sports lineup
The two new games join a sports section that has filled out quite a bit this year. Here is what is already available:
- Madden NFL 27 Arcade Edition, which arrived in August
- NFL Retro Bowl ’27, the pixel art football game with official NFL teams
- PGA TOUR Pro Golf for anyone who wants to play 18 holes on the couch
- Retro Bowl College+, the college football spinoff of Retro Bowl
Apple Arcade pricing in Canada
Apple Arcade costs $8.99 per month in Canada, and you can share it with up to five family members through Family Sharing. It is also part of every Apple One plan, which starts at $22.95 per month for Individual and $30.95 per month for Family. If you just bought a new iPhone, iPad or Mac, Apple is currently offering three months of Apple One free, which covers Arcade along with everything else.
Apple’s new App Store chief recently said premium iPhone games are growing, and annual sports releases like these are a big part of how Arcade keeps people subscribed.
