Apple’s Chinese New Year Celebrations Continue With Exclusive Wallpapers

Earlier this week, Apple revealed a new promotion to customers in select Asian markets in celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year (CNY), offering a free pair of Beats Solo3 wireless headphones to customers who purchase an iPhone or a Mac. Apple has highlighted five young Chinese artists, Victo Ngai, Eszter Chen, Zhou Fan, Ye Hongxing, and Jiang Shan, who have created contemporary versions of traditional “Nianhua” folk art. The programs used by these artists to make the art include Procreate for iPad, and Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for Mac.

The website has download links to wallpapers for each piece of art, including the date and location where each artist’s work will be showcased at an Apple retail store in China. To learn more about the artists and grab these exclusive wallpapers for your iPhone, iPad or Mac, hit up this link.
