Loblaws’ PC Mobile Now Sells Apple’s iPhone
The latest authorized retailer of Apple’s iPhone is Loblaws, as their PC Mobile kiosks now sell the iPhone on contract (via MobileSyrup).
Currently three 32GB iPhone models are available, including the latest iPhone 7 (Black), to go with the iPhone 6s (Space Grey) and iPhone SE (Rose Gold/Space Grey).
Customers have the option of Regular or Super contract payment options, which differ based on your in-store device price. There are Data Flex (starts at $46/month) and Data Flex Plus (starts at $71/month) plans available, which include unlimited nationwide minutes, global SMS/MMS, caller ID, voicemail and the usual extras.
A “limited time promo” is currently offering 3GB included instead of 1GB for the Data Flex Plus plan.
The $0 contract pricing may seem enticing, but customers will be repaying subsidies through their monthly plan.
PC Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), which offers their postpaid plans through the Telus network, while their prepaid plans are through Bell. These kiosks operate within Loblaws and Superstore locations, generating sales from store foot traffic.
