iPhone X remains hard to find at Apple Stores, despite Reserve and Pick Up being offered. For those who pre-ordered online back on October 27 and got delivery estimates between November 21-28, some users in Canada are starting to see their order status change to ‘Preparing to Ship’, suggesting delivery may come this week.
iPhone in Canada readers such as @YT_X_Gaming are seeing their pre-orders move to the ‘Preparing to Ship’ phase, despite an initial delivery date from November 21-28.
While others such as @JokerEh are seeing their credit cards being charged for their iPhone X pre-order, a sign delivery is imminent.

Mine is shipped with estimated delivery on 10th but I was able to reserve for pickup in store, thanks to your istocknow method.
My iPhone X was scheduled between Nov 21st and 28th and this morning it was updated to Shipped. The UPS tracking says it will be delivered by Nov 10th. Woot

Nope, I think it only depends on your order in line. I guess I was at the front of the pack for (originally) a 21-28 Nov delivery.

Mine changed to “Shipped” around 8pm on Monday(Originally Nov 21-28). UPS says expected delivery (to vancouver) is November 14th and Apple says 17th. Bummer…would’ve been nice if it came on Friday 🙁

This could be explained because people cancelled their orders to instead get it at stores, or demand is not what was expected.

same here. i picked mine up at square on saturday and was in and out in about 10 mins. cancelled my pre-order with the quickness lol… i also had a pre order with rogers and apparently it’s being delivered tomorrow. I had called them on friday and they told me it would be about two weeks… looks like ill be shipping it right back when it comes
i have 2 coworkers waiting for theirs from rogers. Too bad you can just give them to otherr people and rogers make the switch on their end.

i did my reserve and pickup and i was in and out of the eaton centre in toronto in 12 mins. That includes the time i got the parking ticket at the entrance and paying before exiting. My fastest experience ever with an apple store came from buying a brand new iphone. weird
I am waiting for two phones (two separate orders). Both were supposed to deliver Nov 21 – 28. No changes yet, but I’m glad to see that some are arriving ahead of schedule. Hopefully I get lucky too.

Mine was still processing when I canceled it. Even though I just missed out on reserving for in store pickup at 6am on Saturday, I was able to walk into that same store 5 hours later and they were in stock. Walked out less than 10 minutes later very happy.
Mine was scheduled for 21-28 and has now shipped as of this morning (Monday the 6). UPS shows delivery on Friday the 10.

I was very quick to pre-order on Oct 27 and had a Nov 3 date when I started the process, ended up with Nov 21-28 because the app made me re-enter my full address (grrrr), otherwise I’d have my iPhone X in hand as we speak!
This happened to me too… and I was shipping it to my work place so I had to run and dig up the address again…
I also ordered on the 27th 12:04 am and am supposed to get it Nov. 20-28th. Yesterday I got an email of a problem with my payment which was done with Apple Pay and a text message from my bank to send Y if I recognize this charge and the payment went through after texted Y back. It now says preparing to ship. Does anyone know where it’s shipping from? If it’s from Ontario, it will be a lot faster than shipping from China. thanks

You guys are lucky! My order was timed at 12:30 PDT on Oct 29th. My original delivery time slot was Dec 7 – 13. It got amended to 5 – 12. Not impressed, but maybe with you guys getting bumped, my order will also get brought forward. Hope so I go on vacation on Dec 12 for 2 weeks. Would like my phone before Christmas. Tried iStock route without success and getting up at 6am hasn’t helped either. I really must get a life!

I had my order placed by 12:04am and had delivery of nov. 21-28. Yesterday my credit card was charged and it went to preparing for shipment. This morning it was shipped. Apple says Nov. 16th, but UPS says November 10th by end of day. That was for a 256gb space grey btw. My leather case just showed up today, so looks like I’m all ready to go now.

Yes, I am wondering how people that seem to have ordered later than me (3:07am on Oct. 27th, email confirmation received at 3:11am) claim to have been moved up to a sooner delivery date. I keep checking and no change for me at all (265GB black). I would be exited if moved to an earlier shipping date even though I prefer to keep the original date as it will allow me to pay my credit card only a month later.

My order for a silver 64 GB went through at 3:12 AM EST, was stuck at “in progress” and Nov 21-28 for the longest time. Just an hour ago, my credit card was authorized and now it’s showing as “Preparing to ship”. Can’t wait!

If you don’t want to wait around all day for UPS to show up, create an account with UPS and add the tracking number. You can monitor it much closer plus pick it up at the UPS depot the morning of. Beats sitting around in my opinion.

It took exactly 1 week from them shipping from China to my door step.
It shipped on a Tuesday and I received it the following Tuesday.
Mine shipped Sunday, was scheduled for Friday delivery, but now has been rescheduled for Tuesday because it got “stuck” for a day in Korea and Monday is a holiday. Ugh. Wishing I had cancelled on Sunday because Reserve & Pickup would have got me a phone yesterday instead.

Mine apparently departed Mount Hope at 7:59am, im assuming its on the way to my house today. im only 45 minutes away from Hamilton.

Same here. I have a feeling UPS lost our iPhones or misplaced them. UPS says they have the package (iPhone), still in China after 5 days with no movement. They had originally said Nov 16. Bumped the date to the 17th then finally to the 20th. Now they cannot give me a delivery date. I complained to UPS about this after re-arranging my appointments and meetings at work so I could work from home on the 16th. The CSR kept saying check our website often. Why can they not give me a date?!? The iPhone has been released by Apple and is sitting in the UPS warehouse in ZhengZhou!! I hope Apple dumps UPS and go with someone else. That is the beauty of competition. Now I see that a signature is not even required?!? On a $1,500 purchase, damn right I want a signature.

Appears shipments were delayed for some reason. Apple got many of our hopes up our phones would be here this week only to then delay delivery till mid next week.

Mine arrived yesterday, Friday Nov 10 @4:30 pm. Originally scheduled for 21-28 Nov. My friend, who managed to place his order a mere few minutes after me, originally scheduled for the same date range, has his as “shipped” and his showing a delivery date of Thursday November 16. UPS took a full week, excluding the week-end (Monday to Friday) to get it to me.
I just talked to a guy at UPS. He’s gotten multiple calls on this issue. He believes that the phones are not stuck in Korea and it’s just an issue that the tracking information is not being updated. So, the packages are in fact moving though the shipping system! Most likely, the phones are all on pallets and scanned as a group and there’s some problem with that process. As they arrive at the hub in the USA or Canada the pallet gets broken down and the individual phones enter the normal shipping system. At that point, hopefully the tracking updates will resume.
Hopefully that’s the case… and it updates its location after it clears customs

Got the same message once it reaches one of the main hubs (mine was Louisville, KY, United States) then it updated with a delivery date

My iPhone 10 received it’s “Origin Scan” at 15:09 local time ZhengZhou China on 11 November 2017 where it was “processed and ready for UPS”. Without further movement, it rested in ZhengZhou until the 14th at 20:13 local time doing nothing. Even though my iPhone was thousands of miles away from me, Apple Canada, also interested in my order processed and received my payment in full on the 12th even though it was still resting at ZhengZhou. On 16th of November at 17:25 local time, my iPhone left ZhengZhou and at 19:30 local time arrived in Incheon Korea where it once again, began resting. UPS says it has the “package” and is preparing plans to schedule delivery. My guess is my iPhone is not alone and is almost certainly resting along with thousands of other newly built iPhones, just waiting…..!
Mine also left on the 11th and rested 3 days in china! It got to china and left for anchorage in about 12 hours so its currently in anchorage!!
Im not sure where your final destination is but from Anchorage it goes onto Louisville and then Seattle and Richmond if you’re on the west coast not sure about the east thats what happened with my friends phone.
