The Optik TV app lets users watch on demand shows and movies, which also includes live news and sports, depending on your cable package. The app is limited for use in Canada only and AirPlay is “not supported due to content provider restrictions.”

For those looking to watch live TV, it requires access within the home and a Telus Internet connection.
