If you were about to buy Apple’s iPad mini 4, check out Best Buy, as the latter has slashed prices of the tablet by $100, down to $429.99. Apple currently sells the 128GB Wi-Fi iPad mini 4 for $529.99.
The iPad mini 4 is powered by Apple’s A8 CPU and last year Apple reduced the line down to a single 128GB storage option.
Apple’s refurbished store has last year’s 128GB Wi-Fi 9.7-inch iPad for $419, which is powered by the A9 chip. So if you’re looking to future-proof your iPad for iOS updates, you may want to stick with newer hardware, such as the latest iPad which has an A10 Fusion chip, starting at $429.

So not worth it for an iPad that was released back in 2015. Especially with an A8 SoC.
Way to old. A8 Chip? Apple should just update or stop making it! Maybe a 300$ price tag would help. Maybe people still running and buying it.
