Amazon’s 7-inch Kindle Oasis Gets First Sale Ever, Save Up to $80 Off

Amazon Canada has launched a sale on their Kindle Oasis e-reader, offering up to $80 off, marking the first time we’ve seen a price drop on the device, since it launched just over a year ago.

8GB Wi-Fi Kindle Oasis – $329.99 (save $60, 15% off)
32GB Wi-Fi Kindle Oasis – $409.99 (save $80, 16% off)

The Kindle Oasis features a 7-inch high-resolution display with 300 ppi, plus it was Amazon’s first waterproof Kindle with IPX8 certification. There’s an adaptive front flight with 12 LEDs for reading in any environment. Battery life is rated in “weeks.”

This is the high-end Kindle to get, as its larger 7-inch display makes for a really great reading experience.
