According to an internal document, the Rogers flanker brand explains plan eligibility is available for monthly Fido customers on a talk, text and data plan. Customers must be activating a new tablet on a 2-year term, Easy Pay or BYOD (bring your own device).

Previously, this $15 tablet plan came with 3GB of data, but it has been bumped up by an extra gigabyte, or a 33% increase at the same price. As you can see above, the new plan is already reflected on the Fido website.

Fido currently offers the 10.5-inch iPad Air for $0 upfront on Easy Pay on a two-year term ($34.12/month financing fee). The 6th-gen iPad Air is available for $0 upfront on contract with a monthly payment of $14.96 per month, or $359.

If you’re on the $15/3GB plan, you may want to try contacting Fido to switch your plan to the updated one and get an extra gigabyte.
