Alleged ‘iPhone 11’ Dummy Models Get Hands-On Treatment [VIDEO]

YouTube tech reviewer MKBHD (Marques Brownlee) got his hands on alleged ‘iPhone 11’ or ‘iPhone XI’ dummy units, thanks to Sonny Dickson.
The alleged ‘iPhone 11’ unit features the controversial square camera bump on the rear, where three camera lenses and a flash unit will reside.
The phone shows a similar design to the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, showing a Lightning port (no USB-C yet) and asymmetrical bottom speakers.
The ‘iPhone 11r’, which is the supposed successor to the iPhone Xr, sports a similar design ethos but only has two cameras on the back square camera bump, instead of three.
Nobody knows what exactly Apple will bring, aside from the usual camera and processor upgrades. Rumours point at 3D Touch to be eliminated while Face ID will most likely be featured again.
“Just overall, a pretty underwhelming update,” says Brownlee, referring the lack of major design changes coming after an “S” iPhone release.
