The My TELUS iOS app has received an update with some new features for TELUS customers.
The app update notes customers in Ontario “can now opt-in to access special offers while at select TELUS stores.”
Also, the app now has a Support hub and chatbot available “around the clock”, accessible to Mobility customers nationwide. Earlier this month, the new support hub was made available to personal mobility plans in Alberta first.
The app also gains a new redesigned Overview screen, available for “a select group of customers” to try first. TELUS says this revamped screen “helps you understand your data usage trends at a glance.”
