9to5Mac has shared a hands-on walkthrough of Apple Arcade, set to be released this fall, at a rumoured price of $4.99 USD per month (or about $6.99 CAD).
“We were able to gain access to a special internal early access program aimed at Apple employees, which allowed us to go hands-on with Apple Arcade on a MacBook Pro running the latest macOS Catalina beta,” explains Jeff Benjamin.
The walkthrough video previews six games available during the early access period: Way of the Turtle, Down in Bermuda, Hot Lava, Kings of the Castle, Sneaky Sasquatch, and Frogger in Toy Town.
Apple Arcade is available within the ‘Arcade’ tab in the Mac App Store for early beta testers. Users need to click the ‘Try It Free’ button first to subscribe, which for now, is at $0.49 USD per month for early access testers.
