Ring Indoor Cam Launches for $79 in Canada, Along with New Stick Up Cam

Amazon’s Ring has launched two products today, announced at the online retailer’s media event held in Seattle.

The new Ring Indoor Cam, the “most affordable camera yet”, is available for pre-order at $79.99 CAD in Canada and is available on December 4. The Ring Indoor Cam can be placed anywhere and features 1080p HD video, night vision, motion zones, motion-activated recording and works with Alexa.

Jamie Siminoff, founder and Chief Inventor of Ring, told iPhone in Canada in an issued statement, “We’re excited to bring customers our most affordable camera yet, and provide even more security options with Ring Indoor Cam and the all new Ring Stick Up Cam.”

The all-new Ring Stick Up Cam is available for pre-order at $129.99 CAD in Canada for the battery-powered or wired version, while the Solar Power version is available for pre-order at $198.99 CAD; all versions of the camera will be available October 23, 2019.

The Stick Up Cam can be placed indoor or outdoor and has a slightly smaller 110 degree horizontal and 57 degree vertical field of view, versus the Indoor Cam (at 115 degree and 60 degree respectively). All other features of the Indoor Cam are part of the Stick Up Cam.
