With iOS 13, tvOS 13 and iPadOS 13, it is possible to wirelessly connect a Sony DualShock 4 or Xbox Wireless Controller to Apple TV, iPhone or iPad.
Why? So you can use these controllers to play games within Apple Arcade. Touch controls can only go so far and using a dedicated controller with buttons is much easier at times.
