Google Pixel 4/4 XL Specs Leak on Best Buy Canada Website

Google’s event to announce its Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL is taking place on October 15, but ahead of the unveiling, Best Buy Canada accidentally leaked (the URL no longer works) specifications on its website last night, along with its pre-order page.

“Pre-order your Pixel 4 or 4 XL below,” said the Best Buy website. “Built around the helpful Google software you know and love, Pixel 4 is a phone made the Google way. Find out why below and pre-order yours.”

Best Buy also posted the specifications for Google Pixel 4 and Google Pixel 4 XL, comparing it to the previous Pixel 3 XL.

Both phones will have dual 12MP and 16MP rear cameras (4K video), and an 8MP front camera (1080p video). The phones will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855, have 6GB of RAM, Face Unlock and Motion Sense.

The Pixel 4 will have a 5.7” Full HD+ OLED display and 2800 mAh battery; the Pixel 4 XL will have a 6.3” Quad HD+ OLED Smooth Display.

The website details how unlimited Google Photos storage will be included, while you can again squeeze the phone to launch Google Assistant.

Again, these details shared on Best Buy’s website basically confirm specs leaked two months ago on Slashleaks. Last week, Google Pixel 4/4XL pricing for Canada also leaked, with devices starting at $1,049 CAD.
