You can now download iOS 13.3 for iPhone and iPadOS 13.3 for iPad.
This update is available over-the-air by going to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone or iPad. This release is still propagating in Canada and should be available any minute (update 10:10AM/1:10PM EDT: it’s now live). The update comes in at 659.5 MB for the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
